Operation Grad School

I am a youth director at a church in a small town. I spend a lot of time counseling area teenagers. In the average week, I receive 5-7 crisis/suicide calls-that makes me incredibly sad. I want to help teens. The only way I can help these youth on the level they need is to finish my Psychology degree.  I currently have a B.S. in Psychology. In order to further my education, I must first pay down my current student loan debt of $46,000.00. While attaining my undergraduate degree, I worked full time and took an overload of credits each semester. I am extremely hard working, determined, and dedicated.  

Once I receive my Ph.D, I want to open a "Not-For-Profit Counceling Center"...My goal would be to recieve private and government funding in order to help youth who wouldn't otherwise receive the help they need. Sometimes adolescents are afraid to tell their parents they need to see a counselor; sometimes families don't have insurance and can't afford to see a Psychologist. I will change that. I am not looking to make a huge income; I want to help these kids before we lose another to the horrifying reality of suicide. Please help me help others.
