I am belong to a very poor family. I am the only income source of my family. 3 years earlier, doctor found a problem in my urinary bladder. More than 25% of urine get stuck in my urinary bladder everytime after urinate. Day by day my both kidnies were damaging because of Urinary Tract Infection. Immediate operation needed but I have no money for doing this operation.
Can any one help me to save my life??
I want to live. I don't wanna die so early. I have to live for my family. They will become beggars if I died.
