Operation costs

Hi, I’m Kinga. I’m a 22 year old from Hungary. At the age of 15 I’ve been diagnosed with PCO(poly cystic ovary syndrome). I have received treatments but my health drastically worsened over the years. I’m at the edge of type 2 diabetes due to the PCO turning my endocrine system upside down. I’ve tried many treatments, diets and intensive sports. However, nothing seemed to help in improving my health. A month ago, after a MRI scan, the doctors found a hypophysis adenoma in my brain, more specifically on my hypophysis. As of now it’s small and doesn’t cause me any further problems but sadly it will grow over time. I’ve been told of an operation that might help me. It’s called Roux en Y bypass. My doctors believe by undergoing operation my weight would go down and with it my endocrine system would have a chance to be normal again, it also would make my adenoma disappear. This operation however is not supported by our insurance. I’m, a soon finishing, university student and I can’t afford to pay the operation costs (which is approximately 6000€). My family supports me, but this cost is too much for us to handle alone. I’m asking you, if you are able please help me get back my life before PCO, so I might start my own family in the future.
