Usually you’d have to find the time and resources to cook and decorate the house for the romantic dinner, or hire the fancy dress costumes for your themed party. Not to mention the extensive menu of meals and buffets, catering to tastes and allergies etc.

That's where I intervene to make your dreams a reality, Operation Cook & Design will look after everything from, A to Z, from meals to mood lighting. We will offer a complete service from start to finish.

About me:

After many years in the catering trade, I start to want my own business, where I cater for themed dinner parties by providing beautifully cooked global dishes. Part of my business plan is to also produce healthy cakes and desserts for customers. The business will later expand to menu planning and cookery classes as well as advice on food related topics. I have spent a considerable amount of time actively researching and educating myself about this particular field of catering and have also recently completed a business management course.

I am incredibly passionate about this career choice, and know I have the ability to make it a success, but as with all new businesses, standing out and achieving recognition as a quality caterer involves serious networking and marketing, which is why I need your help.

I am ready to start promoting my services, and understand I need to do this slowly but consistently to be able to provide the service I want. I already have the catering background and the business skills, but need to get my services out to the public. My initial priorities - which is what this fundraiser is for - are a carefully managed advertising campaign, marketing, and the building of a website.

My passion for providing high quality, original food together with a top business service, I hope, will make me stand out in this fiercely competitive market. I know I can make it a success, if you can help me get noticed.
