Operation able to smile again

I´m a 30 year old woman with the horrible disease periodontitis. 
This is something that runs in my family and now it has caused me to loose to teeth in the front of my mouth. I have not been able to smile for over 4 years now because I can´t afford the costs of surgery and new teeth. 

This makes me really unhappy because all I wanna do is smile. 
I always cover my mouth or try to hold my upper lip down just so people aint going to be able to see what problem I have. But it shines trough anyway... :( 

I would never have done this if it was not an emergency/big issue - but now it is! 
The mouth is falling apart and I need help. 

We have several associations here who work to get peoples mouth in shape here in Sweden but they all have the problem - low on money. 
I know what I will do in the future if I get my front teeth-row fixed - as soon as I start working again I will monthly donate money to these associations so that they can help people smile once again. 

As I wrote I would never ask for help/money if it was not a emergency but I can´t stand this anymore. I just want to be able to smile again... :(
