Opening the world

She's 17 years younger and 4 cm taller. A palaeobiologist and an ingineer with a wedding on the horizon want to travel the world, spreading all the good they can.

Despite the slight differences, the dreams we have in common open our eyes for the adventures and possibilities awaiting for us just around the corner. Apart from new experiences, travelling gives us opportunities to help - both the local communities and the wildlife. We are not tourists, the real life is what we want to know. The millions of stars above our heads have more value to us than any hotel stars. We travel on budget, walking and hitchiking.

The funds collected will be spent towards the equipments such as a camera, a proper backpack and shoes (try being a woman wearing non-leather size 9 shoes!), as well as costs of transport and everyday expenses. At the end, we hope that our opening the world will be put into words and published as a book, which is another great dream of ours. But let's the tale begin....
