I broke into the construction world about 3 years ago and have absolutely loved my work since then. Being around construction my whole life I always wanted to own my own company in that field someday but wanted to gain experience in the field and administrative aspects before divining in blind. I now am at a point where I am comfortable with the trade I chose (concrete finishing) and have a lot of the tools i will need already. I basically just need to have enough money to provide payroll and insurance while we get established with a builder. The guys that I currently work with want to be my starting crew and I need to make sure I can take care of them so they can take care of me and our business could truly take off and thia seems to be the best option. Being a 26 year old female, nothing is more empowering than being out here with my guys in work boots and a hard hat and truly accomplishing awesome work and being able to go home to my boys after each long day and knowing they are proud of their hardworking mom. Every penny helps keep American workers working to help restore this amazing country full of opportunities.
