Dear Friends,
We are reaching out to let you know that we are kicking off a donation campaign to help raise a fund for the open heart surgery of my baby Yuri.
Yuri, was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. He has VSD ( Ventricular Septal Defect). According to the Fetal 2d Echo result he needed to undergo an open heart surgery a few weeks or month after he is born.
I was asked to prepare 800,000 to 1Million pesos just for the surgery and that is not including other expenses, as we also need to travel from Cebu province to Manila.
Our family needs your help to come up with the amount needed for the surgery. We are knocking on your generous hearts to help our little heart warrior fix his broken heart and live like a normal kid someday. No amount is too little. Every amount that you donate will go a long way to help baby Yuri live a normal life.
