Dear Friends,
Jhon and his family need our help. His nephew, Charlz Glen Gutlay (13 years old, will undergo open heart surgery this August and we are trying to raise funds for his operation. It is very costly and we need your help.
Charlz Glen has a congenital heart disease - Tetralogy of Fallot with moderate infundibulo-valvar pulmonary stenosis (TOF) and requires open heart surgery as soon as possible. We need to raise at least half a million pesos.
We hope you can help us. Any amount will be appreciated. Please include Charlz Glen in your prayers as well.

Hi everyone, please help my family for my 3 year old son with Congenital Heart Disease with Tetralogy of Fallot and Ventricular Septal Defect. He undergone Patch Repair for VSD and Total Correction of TOF last August 14, 2019 at Philippine Heart Center and we are financially exhausted of his medication.
