Hi friends, family and relatives!
I am sincerely asking for help in behalf of my bestfriend ANTONETTE "Kitch" TOLENTINO, 37 years old, who is suffering from "septal atrial defect" and recently underwent a cardiac device patch closure yesterday, unfortunately failed. She was advised to have an urgent open heart surgery instead as soon as possible. The failed cardiac device patch closure costs too much already, not less than P400,000.00.
This surgery is estimated at P600,000.00 or more and that does not include co pays, surgeon fees, anesthesiologist fees, or radiography fees. Her family needs the support. I need the support. No matter what ends up being donated here, it will help us endlessly. Money is hard to come by and medical bills are near impossible to pay off, so we are reaching out to everyone we know, and people we don't know. The money raised will be used solely for that purpose.
If you could also help spread the word to our other friends 'cause they don't only need money..they'll be needing all the well-wishers & prayer warriors in all of us. Thanks so much in advance. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL!
