OntheMove Laundry App – OnDemand Laundry Services

South Africa has 21 million internet users, the vast majority of which are using mobile, according to new research that shows 40% of the population will go online this year. With that in mind, we decided that it would be great to have a laundry business that is based online. We developed a website where people could book online for laundry collections and deliveries in the comfort of their homes or workplaces. So our clients make a booking and we send through drivers to collect laundry, they take the laundry to the warehouse where the laundry is done then we deliver the laundry in 24hours.

Why we need funding?

We have received huge traffic from the website and we now want to embark on doing a mobile Application . We need your help to make this project a success. We would like to raise money to help with the mobile App development, we have already kick started the project but it requires more than what we had anticipated which had brought us to this platform.

We are a young group of people trying to break away from the traditional educational system in Africa that prepares young people for formal employment instead of building their own business and creating employment. We would like to make a difference in our community by creating employment, we currently have a team of 10 employees and we believe we can do more with your help. We would also want to inspire the young people in Africa by showing them that it is possible to run a technological based business, because if we can do it, they can do it too.
