Online speed dating website

My project is to create a website that connects people in the same manner that quick dates work. You register in the website, create a profile and you will be randomly connected with a matching person. After some "x" minutes, the connection is over and you will receive a questionnaire. If you both like each other, your contacts and information will be shared between you. The rest is your job :) There are many details that are yet to be decided but the problem is that such software has to be written from the begging, which is very expensive and I cannot afford it. However, I think that this will increase social communication and will help shy people, introverts to communicate more from where they feel comfortable and if they can find a matching person, they will be more calm when they meet in real life :)
