The Problem - No Time:  My Husband and I are the proud parents of four children. Not too long ago, I learned that I had two jobs.

My first job was as a nurse practitioner Monday through Friday from 7:30 in the morning until about 3:00 in the afternoon.

My second job was as a chauffeur to our kids, Sunday to Sunday, at odd times of the day:  Drop-off the children at their schools. Pick-up the children from school.  Take the children to their sports practices, to music lessons, to ballet practice, to soccer games, to sleepovers, to events at school, to the movies with their friends, and so on and so on...

And I had no time at all to grocery shop on top of it all.  (My husband travels for work or else I would have made him do it!)

Our Solution - Have Someone Do It For Me:  So, we started MyGroceryGenie.com, a premiere online grocery shopping and delivery service that is organized just like a grocery store and that has over 5,000 items to choose from.

Some Target Markets:  MyGroceryGenie.com helps give busy moms and dads one less thing to "have to get to," for senior living communities whose residents can't drive, for parents of college students to use so they know their kids are eating right, for rental communities and property managers to offer as a concierge level service to residents and vacationers, and for tourists visiting local attractions.  MyGroceryGenie.com also benefits The Ronald McDonald House through the extra groceries we get through coupons, specials, and BOGOs.

Why We Are Asking For Your Help. We are onto something really big, here. People shop for everything else online, why not groceries? And so, we have designed our online store, stocked the shelves, and built the website.  We are looking to raise money to begin advertising our service and to expand to other states and communities.
