One Act to Impact

One act of Kindness can Move Mountains- To a family in need. Good people striving to live the American Dream, sometimes get down on their luck and hit with some unexpected bumps in the road, life's challenges at this time are hitting The Johns Family - Kevin, & Christina & 2 son's Aidan (13) & Jacob (2). Both trying side jobs to supplement income but Kevin being Sole Provider has been battling diagnosis of Severe Advanced Crohn's Disease, which has drastically changed his life. So many life altering things come with this disease. He's been hospitalized 4 times the last 18 months, has gone from 195lbs to 145lbs in such a short time. The steroid medication to treat a severe flare has caused permanent aggressive Arthritis & horrible joint pain. Getting up everyday is a struggle but he does it for his family. Medication costs, fuel to get to University hospital hours away Everytime, costs a fortune, having to buy only specific foods for this condition have dwendled any savings. Due to health & unexpected costs and emergency situations that have sprung the elements missed work, everyday life to get caught back up seems impossible. Not to mention our payments we have aquired from our 2 year old Jacob's medical treatment for an unexpected traumatic seizure that forever changed our lives in February of 2017, Has left us trying to get by day to day. It's such a glimpse of hope that their is people out their who care enough to help when a family is truly in need. Any help is truly Appreciated so deeply.
