One-year volunteer trip in Moldova

This summer I am leaving to Moldova to spend one year leading an NGO that aims to provide young people of the country with opportunities to unleash their potential and bring a positive impact to their own society through organising their own projects (for example, YouthSpeak Forum). Did you know that Moldova is known to be the poorest country in Europe? High rate of unemployment and lack of opportunities force people to leave the country. I believe that young people can change that and I want to help them see opportunities. While having most of necessities covered by NGO, I seek for opportunities to secure my stay their and be able to provide adequate support for three people in my team who will be working with me this upcoming year. I appreciate any help!
