One year left of College, need help!

I have gotten myself through 3 years of school, been accepted into a 5 year graduate program and now find my dreams of furthering my educating coming to an alarming hault.  I am 21 years old and work two full time jobs during the summer amounting to over 80 hours a week.  While at school, I work two on campus jobs including RA as well as juggle maximum amount of credit hours each semester and other extracurriculars.  I have worked unbelievably hard and I am at a loss for what to do from here.  Alone, I do not know how to come up with $45,000, but with your generosity I can complete my education and have the opportunity to get into a career field and help others who have been put in similar comprimising situtions and need help.  This money is the different between going back to school and finishing the degree I have been working towards for three years, or having to take an indefinite leave from school to find a job to start paying back my loans.  I have come too far and worked too hard to have everything fall down around me.  Your generosity is a lot more then a helpful hand towards my goals; it would be the lifeboat allowing me to complete my education.
