Campaign Story
ACE is, a volunteer driven centre providing quality education through an international curriculum for disadvantaged refugee children and adults.
Curriculum includes: English, Mathematics, Science, Word Building, Social Studies, Computer Literacy, Arts and Crafts. School provide Structured learning through an Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E) programme. Supervision is led by an experienced team of local and international professionals who are volunteering their time and skills.
There are around 30 Myanmar refugee kids studying in this school. The School wants to provide free lunch for students , but they don't have the means for it now. One month lunch for all students costs around $500. I volunteer in this school teaching computer to kids and I can confidently say the money will go to good cause.
Currently one restaurant down gives them lunch at discounted price $1 , but some kids cant afford even that. So they stay back and eat instant noodles or some other snacks which they afford. It pains my heart thinking how much food we waste ... The hotels wont provide left over food to kids

Lunch Programme started - 16 March 2020
Update posted by KAMARUNNEESA PULICHARAM Veetil at 06:56 amWe started the lunch program for the students today 16 March 2020. Today lunch was rice , chicken curry , Salad , one fruit and water. Children enjoyed the lunch. We also bought one month supply of Vitamin C tablets for kids. We are waiting for the direction from Ministry

Almost halfway there in three days MashaAllah. May Allah reward you and all the people who volunteer their time for this effort. It is more rewarding to see the smile of these kids than any IT job in the world :) Keep it up! Please use gofundme as people in US trust it more. Also, put more photo and address of the school or a web site so people (who do not know you) find it authentic.
