One semester left but with an account balance I can’t afford to pay

Hello, I am a graduating student with an account that I know my parents can't afford as of now. I am almost a graduating student way back 2015 but circumstances happened, our dean required us to have a fieldtrip on cebu and if you can't join you'll have to make a businessplan. Since my parents don't have a money to let me have this fieldtrip so I have to make the business plan. That was February 2015, I'm always chasing time to finish it. I did finished but our Dean really don't want us to to be graduated on that time. She have this add on and for a fact businessplan is not that easy to make. Other classmates of mine didn't make it too. It's like my whole world crashed. Everyone expected me to be graduated on that year. I already have a graduation pictorial, yearbook pictorial but however I have never catch the evaluation for graduating students cause that fieldtrip/businessplan affect my 2 major subjects. I've got INC that turned to 5.0 grade now. After that, I don't reenroll though I wanted to cause Pa and Ma don't have much money. So I've worked as a call center agent for one year thought I could save money for my education but ends up supporting my family needs. My little sister did stopped from schooling and work too in the bpo industry and offered somehelp. My last pay I received from my previous job ia the one I enroll last june. I only have 3 subjects left now and one of that is the practicum. Since I already done it rendered and completed 600 hours but got an Incomplete grade because of that field trip the evaluator of the enrollment said I will have just to retake it but I'll never have my practicum again. My school is far away from my home. I didn't rented any rooms near at school cause of lack of money.It is 2 hour and 30minutes ride from home to school. My class is on every Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm to7:30pm. I have travel early and then after class ride a bus again to go home. My little sister who work is the one who finance everytime I commuting heading to school. She still supporting my family as well. Papa got work but just a construction worker. And if ever I am an octoberian now, I'll be the first one to be a college graduate among my 5 siblings. and I hope. i really hope someone can help me through it.
