One River At A Time

Have you ever noticed the litter that is piling up in your local river or stream? It takes away from the beauty and safety of the waterway. Do something about it by leading a waterway cleanup effort with others in your community.

We want to start a program to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO's) into the District's waterways. The program will use a massive infrastructure and support program designed to capture and clean wastewater during rainfalls before it ever reaches our rivers.
