One Love Charity

Mental Health is something that I hold close to my heart for a number of reasons. Firstly, mental health conditions run through my family, myself included. There is a lot of stigma around mental health and in some cases it isn‘t taken as seriously as it should. Due to a lack of help and support many people suffer everyday of their lives with mental health issues and some sadly commit suicide. This can have a very significant impact on families which I have experienced myself due to my Father and cousins’ suicide. That is why I want to raise money to help fund mental health charities in the UK and prevent other people from feeling as though there is no way out.
