My mum is the strongest, most inspirational woman I know. She is a mother of four, she works for the NHS and she also juggles University part time. Mum has suffered from alopecia and as a result, has lost her hair, eyelashes and eyebrows. This has caused her immense suffering and a lack of self confidence. She very rarely leaves the house and although she is on the NHS waiting list for hormone injections (?), the NHS keep pushing her date back. Which of course, makes her feel even more unimportant.

Mum's alopecia Is not why I created the page, my mum is a victim of bank fraud. An 0800 number made  contact with her yesterday and since then, they managed to gain access to her computer. When she checked her bank balance this morning, over £1000 worth of her wages and savings were stolen. My mum is obviously distraught. She contacted her bank who informed her that there was nothing they can do as she is not a 'gold member'. My mum is too proud to seek further help, despite the fact that she doesn't have enough money to put food on the table for herself or my three younger sisters. My youngest sister turns 5 in May and the likelhood is that my mum won't have enough money to buy her any presents.

I want to raise enough money to help my mum get back what she lost so she gets on the right the track. It breaks my heart to see what has happened to her. Any donations are welcome and all proceeds will go directly to her (she isn't aware of this yet). It would be wonderful to see her with a smile on her face again.
