One Community at a time

We have a dream to help build up and make strong a community in Cuba. Just this month three missionary's went to this community and came back with photos and stories. Their presentation moved me to tears. These people have nothing, truly not even the simplest things are available to them. We want to change this, but not just to donate things, but to start a program to teach the people there to self sustain their entire community and make it not good, but great. 

The pastor there is knowledgeable with tools and is a carpenter. He is willing to teach others so they can learn and then support their families. The pastor's wife also works with her hands, making all sorts of material things. She is willing to teach others how to sow, crochet and much more. They are willing to help their community for free, but they themselves have no tools, no material, or anything to even begin the process of teaching their neighbours. 

These people are full of love and are ready to help, please help us help them. My husband and I both have a very low income, and what little we do have we are saving for them, but it's not enough. We want to do great things in this community, so great that the people that live there will be able to help others in need. So the blessings they receive, they can use to bless others in other communities. 

For this we need your help! 

Please, if you feel it in your heart that you want to help, then do and help us rise up one community at a time to be not only self-sufficient, but also to be able to spread to other communities to teach them and to do well. 

Right now these people are barley surviving. If they have rice and beans and that is all, they consider themselves blessed because they have food. Let's change this, every single donation counts.
