One Community One World Startup

One Community One World is a charity trying to get started in an area that is in desperate need of charitable organizations.  We are located in one of the poorest counties in Virginia and in an area that does not have a lot of organizations willing to help out those who need us most.  We are currently raising money to get the necessary paperwork filing fees so that we can begin to assist those around us who are in need.  Our main current project is making and filling tote bags with essential goodies (lotions, tissues, fingernail files, girpping socks, etc...) for a local nursing home.  Other projects we hope to complete once we are up and running are: a sports camp during the summer for young children who do not have a lot of other opportunities, helping with revitalization and beautification for a local town, and sewing stockings for children in need.  Please help us get our charity up and running!  

For every person who donates $25 or more, we will send you one of our small handmade totes (the same ones we are using for our nursing home project).
