I am attempting to achieve a superintendency certification and complete my doctoral degree. I currently work in a rural, high poverty school district that pays below the national average. It is my childhood home and there’s nowhere I’d rather be than serving the interests of children here in South Texas. But, I am paying back student loans and have no avenues to complete my education. I would appreciate your assistance
