Update! Please help Olivia have the Incredible Experience of Singing at Carnegie Hall

Update! Update! No, no, the fund raiser is not over yet, but we are about half way there thanks to your incredible generosity and your re-posting of the link to this campaign. Thank you!!!! Olivia is busy learning her music and I am hard at work finding her place to stay in New York. We have couple of very promising leads at the moment.

For those of you who may be seeing this for the first time, Olivia has been offered the chance to perform at the very prestigious: Carnegie Hall, National Opera Center, and Lincoln Center in New York City in June. This opportunity comes via the New York Lyric Opera Theatre's Summer Program. (You saw the flyer when you landed on this page.)

Here's the condensed version of what happened: Olivia auditioned with the New York Lyric Opera with no real expectation of being accepted, but accepted she was! She was surprised. We were caught unprepared and so are reaching out for assistance.

The program provides: Weekly Private Voice Lessons & Vocal Coaching, Master Classes in Voice, Diction, & Acting, German Lieder/Aria/Art song, Opera & Choral performances, Audition Day critiquing auditions, Q&A with Casting Committee, Mock Auditions with Top NY Agent, Agent Q&A and various Consultations. The Lectures & Informational Sessions are on things like: Career Planning, Budgeting, Music Business, Auditioning & Performing, Role Preparation, Self-promotion & Marketing, Etiquette and Music Encompassing Mind, Body, & Spirit. Amazing and incredible opportunities often come with a price tag. This one is no different. The tuition alone is $2995, which is our target for this fundraiser. Yet, together, anything is possible.
