Olympics 2020 – Tokyo, Japan! This dream can become a reality with your help!

Sailing has been an integral part of my life for two decades. My passion for the sport grows with each new regatta; with each new opportunity; with each new boat!

From the humble beginnings of learning the Optimist class at the Sandy’s Boat Club to now being the only RYA Certified local Senior instructor for the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club (RBYC) has fortified my key assets in the sailing community.

The ability to have a keen nose to detect wind shifts and a keen mind for learning has allowed me to train under top coaches, such as Diego Romero and Pablo Webber of Argentina, Tom Colman of Canada, Krzysztof Machnowski and Ed Wright of Britain, and travel internationally for several regattas.

As my love for sailing grew so did my physical stature! I have transgressed through the following class boats: Optimist, Byte, and Laser. The next size boat will be the Olympic Class Finn (details below).

Coaching has provided the opportunity to not only develop young sailors but to reinforce my knowledge of the sport. The Spirit of Bermuda organization provides several training expeditions which I had the pleasure of crossing the Atlantic from Connecticut to Bermuda on the Amistad.

The joy of the sport is contagious and this has contributed to my dream of being an Olympian in the 2020 Olympics. To achieve this goal will take both financial and emotional support of family, friends and the community.

The first step will be to acquire financial sponsors to invest in obtaining the Olympic Class Finn
