Campaign Story
My name is Olwethu Shabalala and I am from Durban in South Africa. I got the opportunity to audition and apply to go and study at the New York Film Academy and I got accepted.
I have always dreamed of studying abroad and this opportunity which has presented itself is one that I must grab with both hands. I am a very passionate performer and a hard worker so your funds won’t go to waste I promise. I would like to get some financial assistance for my tuition, residence and cost of living if possible.
I will begin my my studies on the 21st of May 2018. That is when I wish to have achieved enough funding.
The support would change my life completely, it will not only mean achieving my biggest dreams but it will also motivate me to do my absolute best.
I would be so grateful for the funds because it means that my dreams will finally come true.
