Our lovely and dearl kittie Olivia, unfortunately needs a surgery for her little heart.
She's only 5 months and she has a syndrome called "Patent Ductus Arteriosus", and an uncorrected PDA may lead to congestive heart failure with increasing age. The ductus arteriosus is a fetal blood vessel that closes soon after birth. In a PDA, the vessel does not close and remains "patent" (open), resulting in irregular transmission of blood between the aorta and the pulmonary artery.
The surgery is very expensive, €4200 so it would be very helpful if you could help Olivia to feel better.
If not treated, this disease, could lead to death and she's already not feeling well at all and she takes loads of pills (8 a day) to keep her alive.
The more she grows, the worse it gets so we'd really need to do this as soon as possible.
Anything you could donate, would be really appreciate from the bottom of our hearts!
Blessings to you all!
