Old roof & insulation replacement

Hello to all the people who want to help.

My name is Peter and my long-term wish (and my family's wish) is that we have a new roof and the necessary insulation on the house. Namely, the house we live in is old (made 50 years ago) so it takes a lot of change on it. With the help of friends, neighbors and relatives we managed to change old lead pipes in the bathroom but this venture requires much more money than we can finance ourselves.

With your help we would change the roof and put the insulation on the house (yes, the house does not have an insulation at all). I'll try to describe situation with the roof so you get the picture - the old tile where the moss grows, the roof gets penetrated with stronger rains and therefore we have to repair it with concrete to keep tiles in place and to prevent leakage.

And because of the lack of insulation on the house, there are fungi and large moisture inside, so it is always necessary to ventilate the room, sprinkle with antifungal agent and re-paint. But it does not last long, because again after month or two, fungi are back inside. I do not know if you understand what I'm talking about, but those of you who were faced with this problem surely do. If we can, my family and myself would finance solving this problem, but these two issues require a lot of money we do not have (and we will probably never get there). If you can help, we would be really thankful - because our house would be whole again.
