May 12th, 2012 some very adorable and hardworking 5 and 6 year old boys got a big surprise as their names were called out in front of the whole ballpark that they would be apart of,

The Okeeheelee Allstar Tball Team!

Over the last several months, the kids practiced 4 times a week, 2 hours a day. Then, going off and playing in several tournaments around Palm Beach County. These boys played their little hearts out and the parents and coaches worked day in and day out to help fund raise the money to send the boys to Sarasota as apart of the State tournament. Arriving on June 20th, the team prepared for the next 4 days of some tough competition ahead. And boy, did they come through. After beating out several teams from our region, the boys had advanced to the Final game. The Winner would move onto States in Chiefland, Florida and would be named The Champions.

Every single player on Okeeheelee Wolfpack shined that day, making double plays, catching pop flys, stopping line drives, covering the outfield and hitting the ball with all they've got.

After only playing 4 innings in what was supposed to be a 6 inning game, the umpire said it was over. The score, 17-1. The other team could not catch up.

We were crowned The Champs!

The boys look on their faces were priceless and as
 parents, we could not be any prouder and honored to be apart of this moment.

On July 4th - July 9th, we leave for Chiefland to represent Okeeheelee Baseball in the State Tournament. This leaves us a week and one day to come up with the funds for each child.

We are extremely proud of how far Ayden has come from starting Tball just last year. From a boy who thought 2nd base was in the outfield, to playing shortstop on the Allstar team, we are absolutely over the moon with his accomplishments. We are asking for your help now as we are told this is what we need to raise for each child to go. Any donation will help. The funds we raise go towards the Hotel, the price to enter each child into the tournament, food, gas, ect.

We are so grateful to all our friends and family who have helped throughout this experience, from helping with fundraisers, sponsoring a banner or coming out to support Ayden at his games, we are forever in your debt.
