"Of Stone" is a tale of family, duty, and loss told from the main perspective of the Ogre King, Gan. He struggles to balance his marriage, protecting his fellow ogres (known as The People) from external threats, and his own sense of loss from a personal tragedy.

In a sense it’s like a Conan story told from the perspective of monsters.
