Help Cherie’s Environmental Volunteer Work in Southeast Asia

This summer will be my first summer off from work/school since 2008. With this free time I was thinking, what better way to spend my time off than lending a helping hand in making this world a better place!

I will be traveling solo once again to the far southeast corner of the world! This time I will be volunteering in Ubud, Bali and Palawan, Philippines working to conserve the regions sea turtle habitats, and helping clean our beautiful ocean waters. I am so excited to be a part of this experience!!!

I am looking to raise about $3,768 to fund my volunteer work. It would be amazing to raise the full amount, but honestly anything will help. And if any birthday or Christmas gifts for me could be donated to this cause instead, that would be amazing as well. My birthday is December 18th :D I'm turning 32 this year!!

My expenses to volunteer include:

• Program and Registration fees- $800
• Flights- $1,875 (US -> Bali -> Philippines -> Home)
• Room and board- $910 (for both locations)
• Volunteer Travel Insurance- $183
• Visas- TBD
