Rob has had a lot of difficulty lately. In Tennessee, he was doing well with his car repair business and he ended up at the wrong place at the wrong time. He was arrested, swept up with a few other people.
Rob's dog was at a trailer where friends were minding the dog but unfortunately the dog got outside and ended up at the Blountville, TN, animal control facility.
About a week later, Rob got out of incarceration and telephoned the animal control facility and was greatly relieved to know they had his precious Jack Russell terrier that he has had for all seven of his years. However Rob did not have transport or the fee to get his dog out of the facility. He scrambled, asking for help from friends.
Rob spoke to the Director of the Blountville, TN, facility and she was fully apprised of the situation and that he was the guardian of precious Zoey. He requested time to get out there.
But to Rob's horror, the facility adopted out his dog! We believe that the facility discriminated against Rob due to the arrest and/or drug history that was only rumored to have existed. The case had not gotten to court at all.
We need to prove in court that Rob is the legal guardian of Zoey and that Blountville adopted out his dog illegally. We hope that after we do this that it will not be difficult to get Zoey back! We have no idea if Zoey is safe and sound or not!

Please help us get this matter to court ASAP.
Thank you.
