Urgent life changing dental work

I am a 26 year old male who suffers from chronic pain. I have managed this over the last ten years through physical therapy and medication. This has helped my overall quality of life. Although I credit this medication for helping it has come at a dangerous cost to my teeth. Although I do my very best to slow the damage the last ten years have deteriorated my once lovely smile. I am judged by strangers and prospective employers as having poor hygiene, consume too much sugar or that I take illicit drugs. This has destroy my confidence. My dentist was able to give me a list of the procedures I will need to get my teeth healthy again. The list was two pages long ranging from minor to complicated procedure and totalled 4129 dollars. I would have laughed at this if I had a full time job. I don't so I could only cry. I am risking blood poisoning if I don't act immediately. Getting on top of these dental procedures will mean I get the same chance as everyone else. It means I can smile and eat the foods that everyone else enjoys (I haven't eaten steak in 3 years!). Whatever happens my life is going to change for the better or worse. Hopefully with your help it will be for the better. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
