Nugget’s Medical

Nugget is currently 4 months old. He’s a very active and cheerful puppy however on 04/04/2020 he started limping. We observed it for a few days and tried icing his leg but the limp continued. We went to our vet and an x-ray was done but they couldn’t find anything wrong thus referring us to a renowned specialist who was also unable to give a further diagnosis. The specialist mentioned that he could see that our puppy is going through a lot of pain and stated that he needs to do further testing which involves different procedures and expertise. Nugget was very and is still very active, always jumping and running around but now he's only walking on 3 legs and has his left hind leg up in the air. Even sleeping at night is painful for him as he whines alot before sleeping.

The breeder that we got our puppy from totally ignored us and had stopped replying when we told him about the condition of our puppy. Before our puppy could get proper treatment, a diagnoses would be needed however we have already spent on consultations and previous xrays. This would definitely put a strain our finances as we are students who are currently studying in higher institutions. ( We were ready to enter the workforce after our diploma but due to the covid-19 pandemic we decided to apply to universities to further study)
