Legal support pro bono project for 2020

We are deeply committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Through Noshadha Law Firm fundraising campaigns and innovative, award-winning pro bono projects, all of our lawyers provide free legal assistance to low-income individuals and organizations that assist them, helping to navigate issues related to the following rights:

• Women rights;
• Children rights;
• Refugees rights;
• Sportswomen/ sportsmen rights;
• Sexual rights;
• Biocultural diversity rights;
• Human rights and justice access development;
• Community building development.

In most cases we are able to provide pro bono possibilities according to received amount in fundraising campaigns.

Some pro bono cases may be supported according to our project free and, as our possibilities are not unlimited to cover all pro bono application, some other cases will be financed by fundraising campaigns. Therefore, free servicing pro bono cases shall be accepted by priority and urgency.

Also, at Noshadha Law Firm, the idea of a pro bono project which called “Human rights and access to justice for all” is our innovated pro bono project and drives our award-winning for lawyer.

We proudly cooperate with the Global Biocultural Diversity Rights Foundation (Canada) and, the International Center for Human Rights and Justice (Denmark) based on our pro bono projects.
