My name is Sandy, married to my husband Marc we have 9 year old son with autism Joshua

Background on Joshua:

Josh was born 2mnth premature and weight 1.7kg

Joshua is currently 9 years old, vibrant and energetic little boy, he is currently non-verbal and uses visual or sign language, he has been through 7 schools already and is currently at his 8 school “Autism to learn” in Athlone, so it been very challenging he goes for speech, occupational, play therapy, has fulltime nanny and tutor that goes with him to the school costing for josh 20000-30000 per month excluding his medication.

“God has heard our prayers” Joshua principal was last year in India and visited the center , she is autism specialist and she nominated to go for life stem operation in India , neurogen brain and spine in India end of March before Joshua birthday.

As per the conversation I had with the doctors so far, my son will be 91% curable and he will be a normal boy.

My wish is for Joshua to have this operation before his 10^th bday , His birthday is on the 2 April, he was born on “Autism Day “how amazing is that..

The cost is 11000 usd that excluding flights, accommodation included, transport is included

What I want to achieve is once josh has the operation I will want to assist other parents to send their kids and make this life stem procedure worldwide.. there is so my parents that gives up hope on their kids and here is hope and for their child to have a normal living life one day.

What greater gift is to give josh on his bday to have a new life, to talk, to be independent and one day to share his life ......
