Nose surgery (deviated septum + nasal cornets reduction)

Hi, my name is Kostoglous Alexandros, a half-greek, half-romanian 23 year old guy living in Romania. I started to experience more and more difficulty in breathing through my nose and I decided to go to a medic. He ordered a CT scan to see what's going on. The scan revealed hipertrofic nasal cornetes and a deviated septum. My doctor told me that surgery is required for both, which costs around 3000 euros. Wages here in Romania are pretty low (I get under 400 euros a month, which is enough to pay for food, transport and bills), so that's why I am asking for your help. I need this surgery to improve the quality of my life, to sleep better and to avoid possible heart problems due to poor nose breathing. It is really anoying to have a stuck nose.
