Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to the Northstars Szczecin Ice Hockey Foundation (NSHF). We are a newly established ice hockey foundation, strongly in support of the development of boys and girl’s ice hockey, as well as encouraging positive involvement within the Szczecin community. Our mission is to financially and physically support players and parents and grow the interest of ice hockey in Szczecin. Our coaches and staff are dedicated to providing an instructive and social environment to the kids as well as fielding a competitive, fun, and ambitious program that enjoys success locally and regionally.

Program Background:

- Youth hockey was introduced to Szczecin by myself, Neil Walsky, in the winter of 2014

- The program began with only four young participants and each year grew in size. It has since expanded to over 45 children in the current year.

- The NSHF was created in 2018 to accommodate our exponential growth and expand our community involvement

We are offering an opportunity to for your to become an NSHF Sponsor.

Your contributions will be targeted exclusively to lessen the growing costs of the foundation, enabling all members to fully participate in the Team training programs as well as local, regional, and international tournaments and games.

The Northstars ice hockey foundation is guided by lots of volunteer work from parents, coaches and foundation members. Our primary revenue source is registration fees paid by families. Since these funds do not cover all of the team’s operating expenses, our player’s families must raise their own funds to pay for equipment, training fees, travel, and tournament entry fees. The average cost per player per year to participate in all activities is 3000zl, particularly difficult for families with more than one player and/or modest means.

In order to continue to make this rewarding experience reality for our youth, we are reaching out directly to family, and friends, and offering the opportunity to help by becoming a NSHF sponsor. Any sponsorship amount is greatly appreciate
