A mother of four young children, my beloved daughter was rushed to Perpetual Hospital last June 20, 2017 at 1:30 am after her fall from the third floor of their house. It was around 11 pm when she came home from a friends house and their main door was locked. She kept calling her husband and knocking at the door but her husband happens to be in a really deep sleep. After waiting for 2 hours she noticed that the window on the third floor was open so she decided to climb up the ark standing across their house. She lost balance and in a blink of an eye she almost lost her life. She was lucky because she was still conscious when they got to the hospital.. When we came there we were advised that her forehead was cracked open long side in the middle part of her skull, her nose and lips were damaged, both two arms and broken right knee.. Excruciating pain was written all over her face, all she can utter was "mama, mama" for that was the farthest she can to somehow escape from the pain she was currently in. My heart crushed seeing her and hearing her every cry. The only thing we are grateful even in the midst of this unwanted incident is that she is alive and fighting. Meanwhile, after the CT scan they found a blood clot outside her brain , there was air as well , her cheeks were also damaged. She had to stay in the ICU for seven days. Then she was transferred to a regular room and only after few hours she started to have fever and chills. Blood cultured was immediately done and found out an infection- Sepsis. Antibiotics for the said infection were immediately given and the cost is so much (almost like a two-month salary of a minimum wager here in the Philippines), and that is only for a day. A lot of procedures are still waiting in line. Multiple fractures as I have mentioned above are yet to be fixed. Her medical bill are way above our head and she is in dire need of the forehead, facial, arms, and leg surgery as soon as possible as there is a timeline for this procedure to be done. We are asking for your help and support to please help Noreen get the surgery she needs for her broken legs, skull and face. Her running bill as of now is over P 350,000.00 or more than $6,000.00 for treatments and medications provided for her. The surgeries are going to be thrice the amount of the running bill. It's going to reach almost $20,000.00. For me and my family this is so so so much, yet we are not just the people waiting for her to recover, again she has four cute little kids waiting for their mommy to come home. Please Please help us bring their mommy home completely recovered and whole.
