On Friday, March 2nd, Nora Kintzel went into septic shock with Strep A bacterial pneumonia. Since that day, she has been hospitalized at Children’s Hospital in the PICU in serious condition. The words used to describe it are “rare”, “fluke”, “perfect storm”, “unpreventable”, “aggressive”, “not normal”, etc. Ashley has not left the hospital and does not plan to until Nora leaves with her.

Many friends and family members who aren’t local have expressed a desire to help. Because the needs are vast and can change daily, we have established a fundraiser to contribute to the overall expenses associated with Nora‘s hospitalization (gas, food, hospital bills, etc.). The prayers, support and love the Kintzel family has received has been overwhelming. Nothing further is expected — but know this is an option if you have desired to help and needed an outlet. Our deepest love and gratitude to the multitudes of you who continue to lift her up before an Almighty God.
