No, this is not the Jimmy Stewart movie, "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington," but it is a chance for Noah Harmon to get to Washington D.C. Noah will get to fly to Washington D.C. and immediately be on a bus tour of all the important locations involving our government. Noah's school is Southminster Day School, located in Vestavia, AL. Every year, the 5th grade has the opportunity to visit Washington D.C.
