No work with bank debts

Hi,

I am Engineer was working in Qatar. My problem i fired from my job and stop getting paid since last August. Moreover i was having a bank loan and credit card the total amount of remaining is around 20000 US$ and because of this bank issue i was panned from exit Qatar and i can't find any gob specially that our nationality is not that free to find any job here because of some political issue between the 2 countries.

My main issue is may 2 daughters 11 and 8 years they are still studying and all of our income stopped since this date so i want to pay my remaining amount of loan and send them some money and have a small portion to start any small business to keep them getting their education and complete their life.
