No money for wedding

My fiance and I are getting married in September 2013, our original plans were to be married at a gorgeous location with an elegant sit down dinner with all of our friends and family with us, basically my dream wedding to my dream guy. Then March of this year I was diagnosed with leukemia and was in the hospital for about a month and off from work for most of this year. All the savings we had had to go to help us keep up on our bills. We have been lucky enough to have help with bills from our families but our parents are unemployed right now also and are not able to help pay for our wedding. We have had to plan to downsize allot on our plans and will probably be getting married at the courthouse now with only a small portion of the people we would've loved to have with us. Anything will help thank you so much if you are able to, we would be forever grateful.
