No income and stuck

i am a 23 year old female who has been in and out of hospital in the past 2 months. I was born with a chronic liver condition called billary atresia. I had a kasi procedure done at six weeks old and am in need of a liver transplant eventually. Because of my hospital stays I haven't been able to work and I have no income. I also have to go to Vancouver on the 1 st of November for a transplant evaluation. I'm worried about making rent and the cost of food and transportation. I also have no food in my house and I am flat broke. My family has helped out as much as they could but they have there own life and living costs.
