Campaign Story

I have very few friends, no family, and no support after being in foster care and living on my own for years. My health has gone severely downhill I'm the last year and I am seeking any and all help people would be willing to give me while I am stuck in the in between phase of trying to find out what I can/am able to do next. Any and all help and support would be so greatly appreciated!
