Hello,   This situation is a little unusual. A little background: I am from Baltimore MD, bought a house there and sold it for a nice profit, moved to Florida and bought a home in 2005 (at the height of the housing boom), paid $280,000, put $135,000 down payment on it. Well, of course there was the housing market collapse, the value of my home fell to approximately $105,000- but I was able to maintain the mortgage and keep the home even as most of my neighbors were foreclosed on. The banks really should not have ever given me a loan for any amount, I didnt even have a job when they made the loan. I found a job (same one to this day) that just barely allowed me to make the payments.  So for me to be able to keep the house I created an In-Law suite and rented it out to help me with the mortgage, now the city says that this is illegal and I cannot rent out that space. I just need to pay off other credit debt so that I can continue to make the morgage payments. I don't want to lose  my home and have worked hard to maintain it. So if anyone can find it in their heart to make any size donation it would be greatly appreciated and thank you so much in advance.
