Nixon’s travel expenses to Australia

2018/2019 has been really difficult for many reasons. We have lost so much this year. Our move to Australia is one of great heartache because not only has my Mum lost her battle to cancer and we will now need to navigate our homecoming without her, but we also face the prospect of having to leave our beloved Nixon in France because the cost is too high with flights and Quarantine. We have had to fly back and forth between Paris and Brisbane a few times this year as my Mum was battling the big C, which of course put us under financial strain. Now the girls and I will be heading back to Australia to be with my Dad for a while. We have been quoted $3800+ and that is the cost once he arrives at the airport in Australia. The cost quoted covers transfers from the airport to the Quarantine centre in Melbourne, 10 days Quarantine, transfer back to the airport, a domestic flight, Melbourne to Brisbane and then transfer to my parents house. This price is of course only for Nixon and we still need to add the cost of his flight from Paris to Melbourne. Our own travel expenses do not come into the equation.
I am hoping to raise as much money as possible, so that we can bring him with us.

A promise to those who would like to donate, if we are unable to raise enough money to bring Nixon home with us we will have to find a good home for him here in France and all monies donated to help us with Nixon, will then be donated to Zoe's Angels which is the charity my Mum co-founded.

With complete transparency on our part and informing you that if we can not raise the full amount for Nixon to come with us, the money donated will then be given to Zoe's Angels we hope that you will still be willing to try and help us, either through donating or sharing this page.
