Update posted by Nicola Wilding at 02:58 pmI tried a longer distance which was somewhere between a sprint and a standard, I'd also like to add that it was hotter than Satan's underpants that day. Also the burger I ate 2 hrs pre race wanted to make an appearance every km on the run. Massive schoolboy error
