Nicaragua Mission Trip

Hello Family and Friends, 

I am excited to tell you about a great opportunity I will have over the summer. I have joined the 2013 Foursquare Go Team. We will be going to Nicaragua for 9 days. This team will be ministering through Construction Projects, Medical Clinics, Children’s Ministries, Evangelism teams and Bible Distribution. We will be in Churches, Schools, and an orphanage that were built after Hurricane Mitch. 

This trip is very meaningful to me as my mother came to the United States from Nicaragua when she was pregnant with me. I have never been there myself and this is an amazing opportunity to give back to my roots. I am so excited to visit the town my mother came from, and with hopes to meet some of the family I still have there. The opportunity to be part of sharing the Gospel of Christ in my own culture is great! The Lord has allowed me to be bilingual and I will be a great asset to the team. I would like to ask you to partner with me in 2 ways. First, will you partner with me by praying for me while I am gone July 3-July 12? Second, I have to raise $1,600.00 to participate in the trip. This total can be reached by 32 people giving a $50 gift. While I will be the one in Nicaragua, you can be part of what God will be doing by supporting financially. Will you partner with me by giving a special gift of $50 or $100 towards providing for my part of the trip? Of course, any amount is greatly appreciated and will go towards raising the support.
